Archival Requests

In order to avoid unnecessary delays in processing your request, before submitting an archival request, please review the links listed on AFHRA’s homepage and/or the links below.

Unclassified documents with no administrative controls are usually open to the public and available for researchers. Patrons may visit the AFHRA in person and copy records or submit a request to AFHRA by letter or email. Please be sure to provide as much relevant detail as possible to help us identify the information sought and please be sure to include your current contact information (email, phone, mailing address).
Unofficial requests are usually answered in the order received. If your request is of an urgent nature, please specify. All documents require a release determination and may require additional time or procedures to process. You will be advised accordingly if additional release decisions must be made.
