Lineage. Constituted as 75 Airdrome Squadron on 30 Jan 1943.  Activated on 15 Feb 1943.  Disbanded on 1 May 1944.  Reconstituted, and consolidated (16 Sep 1994) with the 649 Operations Support Squadron, which was constituted on 1 Aug 1993.  Activated on 1 Sep 1993.  Redesignated as 75 Operations Support Squadron on 1 Oct 1994. 

Assignments. Third Air Force, 15 Feb 1943-1 May 1944.  649 Support (later, 649 Air Base) Group, 1 Sep 1993; 75 Air Base Wing, 1 Oct 1994-. 

Stations. Hunter Field, GA, 15 Feb 1943-1 May 1944.  Hill AFB, UT, 1 Sep 1993-. 

Service Streamers.  World War II American Theater.

Campaign Streamers. None.

Armed Forces Expeditionary Streamers. None.

Decorations. Air Force Outstanding Unit Awards: 1 Jan 2003-31 Dec 2004; 1 Jun 2007-31 May 2009.
