Lineage. Constituted as 355 Airdrome Squadron (Special) on 8 Jun 1945. Activated on 23 Jun 1945. Disbanded on 7 Nov 1945. Reconstituted, redesignated as 355 Operations Support Squadron, and activated, on 1 May 1992.
