459 Civil Engineer Flight (AFRC)

Lineage.  Constituted as 459 Installations Squadron on 30 Dec 1954.  Activated in the Reserve on 26 Jan 1955.  Redesignated as 459 Civil Engineering Squadron on 1 Jul 1960.  Discontinued, and inactivated, on 17 Jan 1963. Consolidated (24 Aug 1984) with the 459 Civil Engineering Flight, which was constituted on 18 Jun 1976.  Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jul 1976.  Redesignated as: 459 Civil Engineering Squadron on 1 Oct 1984; 459 Civil Engineer Squadron on 1 Mar 1994; 459 Civil Engineer Flight on 24 Jul 2015.
