Lineage.   Organized as the 4315 Student Squadron on 1 May 1958.  Redesignated as 4315 Combat Crew Training Squadron (Missile) on 15 May 1963.  Inactivated on 1 Jul 1993.   Redesignated as 315 Weapons Squadron on 12 Jan 2012.  Activated on 2 Mar 2012.
