Career assignments include: various duties as company and field grade officer, 1922-1943; Commanding Officer, 13th Bomb Wing, 1943-1944; Commanding General, Eastern Command, US Strategic Air Forces - Europe, 1944; Military Attaché, Sweden, 1944-1947; Director of Procurement and Industrial Planning, 1947-1950; Director of Supply and Services, 1951-1952; Deputy Chief of Staff, Materiel Commander, Fourth Air Force, 1952-1955. Retired January 1955. Died in San Francisco, CA.
