Career assignments include: duty in Europe with 24th, 49th, 92nd, 9th and 213th Aero Squadrons, 1917-1919; recalled to active duty, March 1942; various staff duties, 35th Air Depot Group and 361st Air Service Group, 1942-1945. Died in Madigan Army Hospital, Tacoma, WA.
