Lineage. Constituted as 374 Base Service Squadron, Troop Carrier, Heavy on 10 Aug 1948. Activated on 17 Aug 1948. Inactivated on 10 Feb 1950. Disbanded on 9 Aug 1950. Reconstituted, redesignated 374 Logistics Support Squadron, and activated on 1 Apr 1992. Redesignated: 374 Logistics Support Flight on 1 Oct 1998; 374 Maintenance Operations Squadron on 9 Aug 2002. 

Assignments. 374 Air Base Group, 17 Aug 1948-10 Feb 1950. 374 Logistics (later, 374 Maintenance) Group, 1 Apr 1992-. 

Stations. Harmon AFB, Guam, 17 Aug 1948; Tachikawa AFB (later, AB), Japan, 5 Mar 1949-10 Feb 1950. Yokota AB, Japan, 1 Apr 1992-.
