Redesignated: 301 Medical Group on 1 Mar 1949; 301 Medical Squadron on 10 Feb 1951; 301 Medical Group on 14 Feb 1952; 301 Tactical Hospital on 15 Feb 1954. Inactivated on 1 Dec 1958. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Jul 1976. Redesignated: 301 Medical Squadron on 1 Nov 1990; 301 Aerospace Medicine Squadron 11 Sep 2004, 301 Medical Squadron on 17 Oct 2008.
