Lineage. Constituted as 633 Air Police Squadron, and activated, on 17 May 1966. Organized on 8 Jun 1966. Redesignated as 633 Security Police Squadron on 15 May 1967. Inactivated on 15 Mar 1970. Activated on 1 Oct 1989. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1994. Redesignated as 633 Security Forces Squadron on 18 Dec 2009. Activated on 7 Jan 2010.
