Activated on 15 Oct 1969. Redesignated as: 58 Equipment Maintenance Squadron on 15 Aug 1977; 58 Maintenance Squadron on 1 Oct 1991; 58 Equipment Maintenance Squadron on 1 Jul 1992; 58 Maintenance Squadron on 1 Apr 1994.
