Reconstituted, and redesignated as 26 Mission Support Squadron, on 9 May 1989. Activated on 1 Jun 1989. Inactivated on 31 Jul 1991. Redesignated as 26 Mission Support Flight, and activated, on 1 Oct 1993. Redesignated as 26 Intelligence Support Squadron on 31 Dec 1995. Inactivated on 1 Aug 2000. Redesignated as 26 Operations Support Flight on 31 Oct 2008. Activated on 1 Nov 2008. Redesignated as 26 Operations Support Squadron on 1 Oct 2010.
