Redesignated as: 911 Morale, Welfare, Recreation and Services Flight on 1 Jan 1993; 911 Services Flight on 1 Jan 1994; 911 Services Squadron on 15 Sep 1997; 911 Force Support Squadron on 15 Oct 2010.
