Lineage. Constituted as 434 Base Headquarters and Air Base Squadron on 20 Sep 1942. Activated on 1 Oct 1942. Disbanded on 20 Jul 1944. Reconstituted, redesignated as 434 Mission Support Squadron, and activated in the Reserve on 1 Aug 1992. Redesignated as: 434 Mission Support Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 434 Force Support Squadron on 1 Dec 2010.
