Lineage. Constituted as 307 Periodic Maintenance Squadron on 4 Jun 1952. Activated on 16 Jun 1952. Redesignated as 307 Organizational Maintenance Squadron on 1 Sep 1958. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 25 Mar 1965. Activated on 1 Apr 1970. Inactivated on 30 Sep 1975. Redesignated as 307 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron on 8 Dec 2010. Activated on 1 Jan 2011.
