Lineage. Constituted as 7 Repair Squadron on 30 Dec 1941. Activated on 6 Jan 1942. Redesignated as 7 Depot Repair Squadron c. 1942. Inactivated on 15 Jun 1946. Redesignated as 7 Maintenance Squadron, Mobile and activated in the Reserve, on 3 May 1966. Organized on 1 Jul 1966. Inactivated on 1 Oct 1978. Redesignated as: 707 Consolidated Aircraft Maintenance Squadron on 22 Oct 1984; 707 Maintenance Squadron on 8 Dec 2010. Activated on 1 Jan 2011.
