Activated on 16 Aug 1961. Organized on 1 Oct 1961. Redesignated as 19 Services Squadron on 1 Nov 1964. Inactivated on 2 Jul 1968. Activated on 1 Oct 2008. Redesignated as 19 Force Support Squadron on 15 Jul 2009.
