Activated on 31 Jul 1971. Inactivated on 31 Mar 1972. Redesignated as 315 Logistics Readiness Flight on 4 Sep 2002. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 2002. Redesignated as 315 Logistics Readiness Squadron on 11 Feb 2011.
