Lineage. Constituted as 932 Tactical Dispensary, and activated, on 15 Jan 1963. Organized in the Reserve on 11 Feb 1963. Redesignated as 932 USAF Dispensary on 1 Apr 1967. Inactivated on 25 Jul 1969. Redesignated as 932 USAF Clinic (Associate) on 11 Sep 1985. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 1985. Redesignated as: 932 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 932 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000; 932 Aerospace Medicine Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 932 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Mar 2011.

Assignments. 932 Troop Carrier (later, 932 Military Airlift) Group, 11 Feb 1963-25 Jul 1969. 932 Aeromedical Airlift Group, 1 Oct 1985; 932 Medical Group, 1 Aug 1992-.
