Redesignated as 932 USAF Clinic (Associate) on 11 Sep 1985. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 1985. Redesignated as: 932 Medical Squadron on 1 Oct 1994; 932 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Jul 2000; 932 Aerospace Medicine Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 932 Aerospace Medicine Squadron on 1 Mar 2011.
