Lineage. Constituted as 402 Air Depot on 30 Mar 1943. Activated on 15 Apr 1943. Redesignated 402 Base Air Depot on 17 Jul 1944. Inactivated on 24 Nov 1945. Disbanded on 8 Oct 1948. Reconstituted, and redesignated 402 Maintenance Wing, on 31 Jan 2005. Activated on 4 Mar 2005.
