Lineage. Constituted as 94 Materiel Squadron on 6 Aug 1941. Activated on 13 Aug 1941. Redesignated as: 94 Service Squadron on 13 Jun 1942; 94 Air Service Squadron on 20 Aug 1943. Disbanded on 1 Jun 1945. Reconstituted, and redesignated as 94 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron, on 4 Sep 2002. Activated in the Reserve on 1 Oct 2002. Redesignated as: 94 Aircraft Maintenance Flight on 1 Sep 2003; 94 Aircraft Maintenance Squadron on 21 Oct 2011.

Assignments. 60 Air Base (later, 60 Service) Group, 6 Aug 1941; XII Air Force Service Command, 4 Sep 1943; 310 Service Group, 9 Sep 1943; 60 Service Group, 21 Aug 1944-1 Jun 1945. 94 Maintenance Group, 1 Oct 2002-.
