Lineage.  Constituted as 633 USAF Dispensary, and activated, on 15 Dec 1966.  Organized on 15 Jan 1967.  Inactivated on 15 Mar 1970.  Redesignated as 633 Medical Group on 11 Jun 1989.  Activated on 1 Oct 1989.  Inactivated on 1 Oct 1994.  Activated on 7 Jan 2010.
