Lineage. Constituted as 532 Bombardment Squadron (Heavy) on 28 Oct 1942. Activated on 3 Nov 1942. Redesignated as 532 Bombardment Squadron, Heavy, on 20 Aug 1943. Inactivated on 28 Aug 1945. Activated in the Reserve on 20 Dec 1946. Redesignated as 532 Bombardment Squadron, Very Heavy, on 27 Dec 1946. Inactivated on 27 Jun 1949. Redesignated as 532 Strategic Missile Squadron (ICBM-Titan), and activated, on 29 Nov 1961. Organized on 1 Mar 1962. Inactivated on 8 Aug 1986. Redesignated as 532 Training Squadron on 4 Aug 1994. Activated on 1 Oct 1994.
