Lineage. Constituted as 914 Combat Support Squadron, and activated, on 15 Jan 1963. Organized in the Reserve on 11 Feb 1963. Redesignated as: 914 Mission Support Squadron on 1 Feb 1992; 914 Mission Support Flight on 1 Oct 1992; 914 Force Support Squadron on 15 Oct 2010.

Assignments. 914 Troop Carrier (later, 914 Tactical Airlift; 914 Airlift) Group, 11 Feb 1963; 914 Support (later, 914 Mission Support) Group, 1 Aug 1992-.

Stations. Niagara Falls Muni Aprt (later, Niagara Falls IAP; Niagara Falls IAP-Air Reserve Station), NY, 11 Feb 1963-.
