Lineage. Established as 635 Combat Support Group, and activated, on 17 May 1966. Organized on 8 Jul 1966. Redesignated as 635 Aerospace Support Group on 30 Jan 1976. Inactivated on 20 Jun 1976. Redesignated as 635 Supply Chain Management Wing on 12 Mar 2008. Activated on 1 Apr 2008. Redesignated as 635 Supply Chain Operations Wing on 30 Jun 2010.
