Participated in Air Expeditionary Force (AEF) tasking to support Operation Northern Watch and became first F-16 unit to fly combat and search missions in the area, Sep-Nov 2000. Other AEF taskings included Operations Southern Watch and Enduring Freedom, Dec 2001-Mar 2002 and Operation Noble Eagle, Mar-May 2003.
