Established as 460 Air Service Group on 4 Apr 1945.  Activated on 25 Apr 1945.  Inactivated on 15 Aug 1947.  Disestablished on 8 Oct 1948.  Reestablished, and redesignated as 460 Support Group, on 26 Apr 2001.  Activated on 1 Oct 2001.  Redesignated as 460 Mission Support Group on 1 Oct 2002.
