Lineage.  Designated as 31 Maintenance and Supply Group on 6 Nov 1947.  Organized on 20 Nov 1947.  Discontinued on [22] Aug 1948.  Consolidated (19 Sep 1995) with the 31 Maintenance and Supply Group, which was established on 15 June 1948.  Activated on 22 Aug 1948.  Inactivated on 10 Feb 1951.  Activated on 14 Feb 1952. Inactivated on 16 Jun 1952.  Disbanded on 27 Sep 1984.  Reestablished, and redesignated as 31 Logistics Group on 28 Oct 1991.  Activated on 1 Nov 1991. Inactivated on 1 Apr 1994.  Activated on 1 Apr 1994.  Redesignated as 31 Maintenance Group on 19 Jul 2002.
