Activated on 15 Oct 1946. Inactivated on 28 Jul 1948. Disbanded on 8 Oct 1948. Reconstituted, redesignated 26 Operations Support Flight, and activated, on 1 Oct 1993. Redesignated 426 Intelligence Squadron on 31 Dec 1995; 426 Information Operations Squadron on 1 Aug 2000; 426 Network Warfare Squadron on 5 Jul 2008.
