Disbanded on 12 Jan 1943. Reconstituted, and redesignated as 614 Space Communications Squadron, on 5 Nov 2003. Activated on 23 Jan 2004. Redesignated as 614 Air and Space Communications Squadron on 17 Jun 2011.
