Lineage. Constituted as 911 Materiel Squadron, and activated, on 28 Dec 1962. Organized in the Reserve on 17 Jan 1963. Discontinued, and inactivated, on 1 Jan 1967. Redesignated as 911 Logistics Support Squadron, and activated in the Reserve, on 1 Aug 1992. Redesignated as 911 Maintenance Operations Flight on 1 Oct 2002.
