Lineage.  Designated as Squadron C, 92 Airdrome Group, and organized, on 17 Nov 1947.  Discontinued on 12 Jul 1948.  Consolidated (3 Oct 1984) with the 92 Installations Squadron, Bombardment, Medium, which was constituted on 28 May 1948.  Activated on 12 Jul 1948.   Redesignated as 92 Installations Squadron on 16 Mar 1950.  Inactivated on 8 Aug 1952.  Activated on 1 Sep 1956.  Redesignated as: 92 Civil Engineering Squadron on 1 Jul 1960; 92 Civil Engineer Squadron on 1 Mar 1994.
