Ordered to Active Service on 10 Mar 1951.  Inactivated on 20 Mar 1951.  Activated in the Reserve on 14 Jun 1952.  Inactivated on 11 Feb 1963.  Redesignated as 94 Combat Support Group on 20 May 1975.  Activated on 1 Sep 1975.  Redesignated as 94 Support Group on 1 Feb 1992.  Redesignated as 94 Mission Support Group on 1 Oct 2002.
